I graduated from the California College of Ayurveda in Fall 2019. I work with diet and lifestyle changes as well as the digestive and mind systems. During a consultation, I will identify your constitution as well as the nature of any imbalances. Through a series of in-depth questions regarding digestion, sleep patterns, emotional well-being, and so on, together we will paint a picture of who you are physically, emotionally and spiritually. Then, I will develop a plan to start your journey toward healing and harmony.
As an avid hiker and nature enthusiast, I have always felt deeply connected to the elements and the ways in which they affect the mind, body and spirit. With the help of Ayurveda, I have reconnected with my true nature as Spirit, and so can you!
In 2016 I received my RYT 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia through YogaWorks. Since, I have taught chair yoga to seniors, Iyengar, Restorative as well as Yoga Therapy. I currently offer Restorative yoga at The Art of Healing in Carmel, N.Y. as well as private yoga therapy at Putnam Hospital for the patients of Garell, P. Charles, MD.
I specialize in offering a private yoga practice to clients young and old, helping with proper alignment in poses, modifications for specific injuries and illnesses and providing a safe and sacred space for YOU to see yourself at a different level and help you shine your light bright for the world to see.
